I’m guessing if you’ve been running a business for longer than a year, you must have some happy customers. And those happy customers are probably telling others about your business.

The easiest way to explain social media to new people is this…”social media is a bunch of people talking with other people”. Whenever one of your customers says something on Twitter, Facebook, or any place on the web it can be heard by dozens, hundreds or thousands of people, who might be interested in your products or services.
