Why don’t people outsource? Really?Why?
Well, I call them the 3 lies…
Yes, it’s true that we think that we think we have to pay hundreds if not thousands of dollars to get somebody to do your job. But the fact is that there now is a new way to outsource tasks to others that will literally do your job as well if not better for a fraction of the money (if not pennies). By outsourcing you enjoy many benefits like freedom to do the things you enjoy to do, and relieve some stress from all that work that you hate doing.
The second lie is that you believe you will have to become a manager of people…
I understand. Why would you want to outsource if you are going to still have to work, right? You don’t want to have to pay to do more work, don’t you agree. Well the truth is there is another way to take care of this problem. You don’t have to worry about having to micro-manage anyone when you outsource. This is something that you will learn in outsource force.
And last you are afraid that you wont find good workers that do your job…
This one is the biggest of all. You and I know that there’s always other people out there doing a better job at something we either don’t like doing or we don’t know much to do.
